  • Lisa’s professional journey in Human Resources started in a Fortune 100 company, where her deep interest in human resources took root.
  • Twenty years ago, she took a leap of faith and moved into the nonprofit sector. The mission-driven work of the nonprofit sector won her heart and helped to broaden her perspective on the communities we live in. She then committed to working with mission-driven companies and has never looked back. 
  • As an HR professional, Lisa strives to keep the ‘human’ in human resources work.

Lisa resides in Upstate New York, with her husband and son. She enjoys weekend explorations throughout the Finger Lakes and visiting local farmers markets. She also enjoys cruising the Atlantic Ocean and considers it to be one of her passions.
