• Before working with Edgility, Zach worked in numerous recruitment capacities with Uncommon Schools and DREAM Charter School in New York City focused on co-leading the sourcing and selection of teachers and school leaders. 
• Zach started in education in 2013 as a middle school math teacher at Oklahoma City Public Schools in partnership with Teach For America. 
• He holds a Master’s degree in Public Administration from New York University’s Wagner Graduate School of Public Service and Bachelor of Arts in Nonfiction Writing from the University of Pittsburgh.

Zach currently lives in Pittsburgh, PA. In his spare time, you can find him desperately rooting for the Pittsburgh Pirates and spending time with family and friends.
