Co-founder and managing partner of Edgility Consulting, Christina has nearly 20 years’ of experience recruiting and placing teachers and principals, and leading searches for professionals serving in a range of executive leadership roles in education, youth development, and social justice organizations. Christina’s work with Resources for Indispensable Schools and Educators (RISE) and New Leaders for New Schools led her to launch Redwood Circle Consulting in 2010, where she provided executive search and talent management strategy services to education nonprofits, school organizations, and social venture companies.
In 2016, Christina co-founded Edgility Consulting with an expanded vision of helping all mission-driven organizations, not only those in education. In addition to her direct client work, Christina oversees the Executive Search Team at Edgility Consulting, ensuring the same concierge-level service is delivered to clients from every member of the team.
Christina is driven by a passion for equity in education and its importance in advancing opportunities for all children and communities to thrive. Her expertise in talent management furthers the mission of the company by equipping mission-driven organizations with the skills to overcome discrimination at all levels and build workforces that reflect the communities they serve.
