“I am excited to be a part of a social enterprise making real world change, focusing on one of my passion points, in advocating for gender and sexual orientation equality.”  

• Prior to her MPA studies, Joanna worked in an administrative position, learning and adapting systems, project management, and streamlining.  
• Joanna recently interned and volunteered with a nonprofit organization working to end human trafficking in Nepal by providing accessible education for children and women empowerment seminars.
• Joanna has her Master’s in Public Administration from Seton Hall University and her BS in Business Management from Endicott College. 

In her free time, Joanna loves to bake, knit, dance and go on adventures with her husband and pup, Finley.
