Serena Moy’s career encompasses over 20 years of human resources experience in the private, public, and non-profit sectors. She served as the Director of Human Resources at the KIPP Foundation during an intense period of growth for the organization, helping to staff their offices in San Francisco, Chicago and New York.
Serena’s consulting experience is strongly rooted in the education sector. Serena joined Edgility as one of its earliest employees over seven years ago. In that time, she has expanded her work beyond the education sector and helped to diversify Edgility’s client base, providing executive hiring support to social sector nonprofits, focused on youth and adults across the country
At Edgility, Serena specializes in the areas of talent acquisition and developing strategic hiring initiatives to build strong leadership teams within organizations.
Serena gains inspiration from matching thoughtful, anti-racist leaders with organizations focused on minimizing the systemic gaps that exist in their communities.
