GET STARTED

Once payment is received, customers are prompted to fill out and submit a spreadsheet with staff information to a secure server.

ISSUE SURVEY

Edgility sends an introduction to staff members to explain the survey process and encourage participation.  Staff have two weeks to complete the survey.

REVIEW RESULTS

Customers receive an in-depth report detailing their organization’s Net Promoter Score, Total Value Proposition, and where they stand on Edgility’s Pillars of Equity.
