Tammy Jackson is an Associate Partner dedicated to identifying exceptional senior leaders throughout the health, sciences, and social impact sectors. With a specialization in information technology and digital, Tammy routinely leads searches to identify CIOs, CTOs, Chief Digital Officers, Chief Data Officers, CISOs, and other related leaders. Tammy’s strength lies in building value-added relationships with clients and applying her deep knowledge of the industry’s ecosystem to partner with hospitals, healthcare systems, academic medical centers, digital healthcare, and education technology organizations, as well as secondary and higher education institutions.
Prior to joining Edgility Consulting, Tammy spent ten years in recruiting and executive search at boutique and global executive search firms. Tammy also worked as a technology analyst and software developer with Andersen Consulting (Accenture,) and later managed technology initiatives for Fortune 500 organizations.
As a member of the leadership team, Tammy contributes to Edgility’s mission of empowering organizations to act on equity by building leadership teams that reflect and strengthen the communities they serve.
