Danielle Tate is a Coordinator at Edgility Consulting. With a strong background in education and team leadership, she excels in project planning, team communication, and task coordination for client engagements.

In her role at Edgility Consulting, Danielle plays a crucial role in all projects by ensuring that all client deliverables are met on time and that the project team has what they need to complete client engagements efficiently.

Danielle’s responsibilities at Edgility include:

  • Coordinating logistical aspects of client engagements, such as scheduling meetings, drafting follow-up communications, and preparing agendas.
  • Developing and maintaining project timelines, staying updated on shifts in scope and timing, and informing the team accordingly.
  • Supporting the development of client materials, including kick-off documents and portals.
  • Maintaining accuracy in project plans and communicating with the team about upcoming deadlines, shifts, and potential delays.
  • Conducting surveys and online research to inform the discovery phase of projects and gather external benchmark data as necessary.

Prior to joining Edgility Consulting, Danielle taught middle school science for seven years and served as the expanded impact lead science teacher in Title 1 schools. Her interest in consulting was sparked by her experience planning and carrying out design thinking projects as a lead teacher. 

Danielle is a Certified Scrum Master and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from UNC-Charlotte with a minor in Public Health.
