Co-founder and managing partner of Edgility Consulting, Allison’s experience spans both the for-profit and nonprofit sectors. Before launching Edgility, Allison built and scaled a human capital consulting practice at a nationally recognized executive search firm. In addition, she served as a talent executive in a national, rapidly growing education reform organization, Education Pioneers, as the Vice President of Human Capital. While there she built the HR department from the ground up, and increased its staff by over 500%. Her role also involved providing action-oriented and goal-driven accountability coaching to executives on the National Leadership team to enhance the management and leadership capacity across the organization.
In 2016, Allison co-founded Edgility Consulting with an expanded vision of helping all mission driven organizations, not only those in education. While Allison no longer engages in client work, she is responsible for overseeing firm-wide strategy and organizational leadership to empower staff to achieve the organization’s mission of equity.
Allison is passionate about building equitable talent practices in organizations committed to achieving exceptional, scalable results for all constituents. In particular, she seeks to empower organizations aiming to make education more equitable for all.
