“Some of the first studies on pay gaps came out around the same time as I started my career and when I found out that I would be paid less based on something I couldn’t change about myself I got angry. That anger seeded within me a strong desire to bring about change to close pay gaps and while it has been a meandering road to compensation work, I love being able to work for a firm whose values around pay equity so closely match my own.”
