  • Before joining Edgility, Dayne spent a decade working for mission-driven organizations in the non-profit sector. During this period, she grew her knowledge of non-profit operations by working in museums, world-class gardens, performing arts venues, and youth-focused organizations.
  • As a young professional, she sought out opportunities in sales and fundraising, honing her practice of connecting people with companies and causes they’re passionate about. Her background in fine arts and languages blended with her passion for building connections, ultimately leading her to focus on communications and marketing.
  • She holds a BA in World Languages and Literature from Portland State University.

Originally from the coastal southwest, Dayne now calls Oregon home. When she’s not focused on work, you can probably find her taking up a new hobby, enjoying the great outdoors, or painting in her makeshift studio.
