“I am passionate about sharing knowledge with others and fighting for equitable change. I know our work here at Edgility will continue to create positive changes for people in various industries, and I am excited to be a part of that.

  • Before joining Edgility, Dayne focused on working for mission-focused organizations in the non-profit sector. During this period, she grew her knowledge of non-profit organizations by working in museums, world-class gardens, performing arts venues, and youth-focused organizations.
  • As a young professional in fundraising, she began to hone her practice of connecting people with companies and causes they’re passionate about. Her passion for building connections led her to focus on communications and marketing.
  • She holds a BA in World Languages and Literature from Portland State University.

Dayne loves the Pacific Northwest, and when she’s not focused on work, you can find her picking up a new hobby, learning a new skill, out kayaking with her spouse, or painting in her makeshift studio.
