“I’m a second-generation Chinese-American and had difficulty understanding my identity as well as assimilating into society. Especially in the education space, I had the notion that I was supposed to not speak up, put my head down, and just do the work. What attracted me to the Edgility family is that they are devoted to inclusive and equity-conscious organizations. They seek diverse leaders, who may even look like myself, that will shatter numerous glass and bamboo ceilings. I find comfort in knowing that Edgility’s mission aligns with my values in selecting strong leaders that respect differences, foster allyship, and build relationships in DEI communities.”
