Partnerships & Impact: Edgility’s Year in Review (2024)

It’s hard to believe 2024 is already wrapping up, and with it, some exceptional work by our amazing staff.

In the last 12 months, we worked with more than 155 organizations across the country to create better workplaces by addressing wage gaps, building new opportunities for staff, and filling critical leadership roles (over 40, in fact!). Because of this work, over 15,000 employees have seen positive changes.

We’re taking a moment to reflect on what we’ve accomplished, but we’re also looking ahead. In 2025, we’re committed to doing even more to build equitable workplaces and drive meaningful change.
