From Milestones to Momentum: Edgility’s Growth in 2023 and Beyond

We can’t believe it’s almost time to usher in 2024! While last year brought Edgility new milestones, our small team continues to break new records. 

Over the past year, we grew our impact by partnering with over 140 organizations nationwide to find exceptional leaders, close wage gaps, and create equitable pathways for all staff. We couldn’t do that without our dedicated team. This year, we grew to 40 members across 18 states and Washington, D.C. 

For now, we’re celebrating the milestones, but we are excited to continue our journey, and we eagerly anticipate amplifying our impact in the coming year. Join us in 2024 as we persist in building more equitable workplaces and shaping a future of positive change. Together, let’s make strides toward more equitable workplaces.
