Angelica Molero promoted to Principal

Angelica joined Edgility in 2019 as a senior recruitment manager and has been an integral leader in cultivating candidates and client engagement for several nonprofit and school recruitment projects. Learn more about her journey below.

What are you most excited to accomplish in your new role?

I’m excited about the breadth of client offerings that the Talent Equity Consulting Team is codifying and growing. Coming from the search practice at the firm, I’m also looking forward to leveraging the skillset I have honed in executive search to now engage partner organizations in systemic work.

What are 2-3 biggest lessons you’ve learned on your journey to becoming a leader at Edgility?

1) Strategy thrives when equity is at the forefront, from design to implementation.
2) Change is one of the only constants.

How do you hope to advance equity in your new role?

Partnering with organizations that are committed to living up to their values and doing right by their most valuable asset: their people.

What are a few things you love about the communities you serve?

Seeing that potential exists in all communities, but especially so in communities of color and historically under-resourced communities.
