What are you most excited to accomplish in your new role?
I’m excited about the opportunity to influence and support the continued growth and development of my Edgility teammates so that collectively we can have a greater impact with the organizations we partner with.
What are 2-3 biggest lessons you’ve learned on your journey to becoming a leader at Edgility?
1) Excellence has to be our mindset – how can whatever it is we’re doing (designing selection processes, building career pathways) be truly excellent?
2) Being my authentic self and being intentional about building relationships so that others can do the same.
How do you hope to advance equity in your new role?
By insisting that Edgility lead by example on equity. We must push ourselves to get more granular about what we mean by equity and clearly define how we hold ourselves accountable to advancing it in our work.
What are a few things you love about the communities you serve?
I love that the people and orgs I work with aren’t happy with marginal improvements – they are working toward ambitious outcomes that will have significant, even life-changing impact for and with the communities they serve.
