A Year in Review: A Look at 2022
Edgility saw huge growth in 2022. We proudly served well over 100 organizations in cities and states all across the United States. We even served international clients in The United Kingdom and Netherlands! We worked with mission driven organizations serving their communities by providing access to education and opportunity for youth, fighting to end poverty and climate change, providing health care and defending reproductive rights, amplifying the voices of the unheard, dismantling racism, sexism, and all types of oppression, and transforming policy, practice and culture. Our staff grew to 37 full-time staff members across 17 states and Washington, D.C. who worked tirelessly to build and execute recruitment strategies to fill leadership roles with candidates that reflect the communities they serve, shepherd clients through an equity driven hiring process, redesign talent systems to create more inclusive and welcoming environments and close the wage gap for thousands of BIPOC across the education and non-profit sectors.
Even though we have a lot to celebrate in 2022, our work is not yet done, and we look forward to growing our impact next year and every year. Let’s build more equitable workplaces together. Would you like to work with us in 2023?
ABOUT EDGILITY
Edgility exists to empower organizations to recognize and overcome unconscious bias, racism, and sexism to build workforces that reflect and strengthen the communities they serve. We help clients put their values to work to ensure more equitable hiring, retention and employment practices. We know that people are what matters most in almost every field — especially in social impact organizations. Yet default practices reinforce existing, oftentimes flawed structures, costing organizations the genius and diversity they need. We work with organizations to run executive searches to place transformational leaders, then we help those and other social impact organizations bring practice and structure into alignment with their values.
