“I am a child of Filipino immigrants. The only one of seven born in America, I was born and raised in NYC. My family lived and interacted with all kinds of peoples and cultures growing up. Through my family, I learned that in order to build authentic relationships you had to listen, ask good questions, find commonalities, to share stories, and most of all, to be intentionally curious. As a Principal at Edgility Consulting, I bring that innate curiosity and authentic relationship-building to our clients and candidates. Placing antiracist leaders who will have an impact on our clients’ organizations gives me great joy.”
- Before joining Edgility, Ron had his own executive search practice for 4 and half years, recruiting and selecting hundreds of candidates to become education and nonprofit leaders.
