Ron has been with Edgility since its founding in 2015. He is vehemently outspoken in his quest to advance equity throughout the social impact space and place equity-minded leaders in positions of power.  Get to know Ron and what drives his work below.

What are you most excited to accomplish in your new role?

The opportunity to lead organizational change and guide Edgility towards a long-term sustainable path to impacting equity and inclusion across social impact organizations.

What are 2-3 biggest lessons you’ve learned on your journey to becoming a leader at Edgility?

Equity is an act.  There is no one thing that will get you there.  

Leaders create the conditions that have others thrive to be their best and authentic selves at work.

How do you hope to advance equity in your new role?

By pushing Edgility to set the bar high for how we act internally and what systems we create for all of us to thrive.

For our clients, to support and push them to see what is possible and to create systems and policies that liberate staff and leaders.
