- In her most recent role as a Senior Talent Partner with a national charter school Foundation, Nikeya set and defined strategies to achieve recruitment goals, managed a robust portfolio of end-to end talent acquisition searches across the Foundation with an emphasis on building diverse, high caliber pipelines, and coached hiring committees on the importance of equity within a selection process.
- She holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology in addition to a graduate level certificate in Instructional Systems Design from University of Maryland Baltimore County and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Bowie State University.
Nikeya lives in the Washington DC Metro area. When she isn’t helping organizations find high caliber candidates, you can find her earning splat points at her local Orange Theory Fitness studio, completing Peloton challenges, or experimenting with new flexitarian recipes.
