My interest in human resources came naturally as I explored degrees in school counseling and social work. I’ve always been passionate about understanding people, their motivations, and their growth potential. At the same time, I found myself drawn to business and business strategy. Human Resources emerged as the perfect intersection of these two passions—offering me the opportunity to help people thrive while contributing to organizational success. This realization marked the beginning of my HR journey, and I haven’t looked back since.”

  • Most recently, Kristina served as a Senior Consultant at an HR consulting firm, where she advised multiple start-up organization.
  • Kristina holds a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Rivier University and is
    SHRM-SCP certified.

Kristina lives in Southern New Hampshire with her husband and three children. They enjoy summer beach days, cheering on Liverpool Football Club, and spending time with their extended family. Whether it’s attending soccer and basketball games or enjoying time outdoors with her two Labrador retrievers, she values the moments spent staying active and connecting with her loved ones and friends.
