“I’ve always had a passion for social justice and felt called to help tackle the many inequities that I observed in the world. While working with nonprofits, and starting my own at 15, I became frustrated seeing people who were closest to the issues having less access to where decisions are made and resources distributed. Individuals and organizations alike will benefit from all people having equal access to opportunities, compensation, and the ability to come to work as their authentic selves. I’m excited to help nonprofits and schools work towards a more equitable and inclusive work environment at Edgility.”
