“I consider myself lucky to have received a good education growing up and I believe in the principle of paying it forward. At Edgility, I have the opportunity to be part of a team that supports charter schools and other nonprofit organizations that stand for the belief that every student should have the chance to go to a great school that puts their needs first, regardless of zip code, income, or ability level.”

• Hannah was born and raised in Germany and relocated to the US in 2019.
• In college, Hannah worked as a German and English tutor for middle school and immigrant students. Tutoring has taught her patience, the impact of an individual approach, and the difference that receiving a quality education can make.
• She holds a Bachelor’s degree in American Studies and Educational Science from Goethe University in Frankfurt, Germany.
• Her minor in Educational Science provides her with the foundational knowledge of the interdisciplinary nature of education, including human development, learning, social structures, and stratification.

Hannah lives south of Seattle with her husband and two German Shepherds. In her spare time, she enjoys horseback riding, country line dancing, and painting. Whenever the weather allows it, she loves taking her dogs on weekend adventures into nature.
