- Implementing market pay benchmarking tools and restructuring annual compensation processes, achieving significant accuracy and efficiency improvements.
- Developing global salary structures and budgets, conducting market analyses, and providing insights to executive leadership on compensation program needs and pay investments.
- Crafting incentive plans, integrating incentive plans for M&A, and creating incentive plan playbooks to ensure alignment with business strategies.
- Driving the design and delivery of comprehensive compensation communications and tools/resources for people managers to make responsible pay decisions.
- Crafting job architectures and typical career paths for global functions, ensuring equitable compensation programs based on job value.
- Partnering on compensation analyses and pay design for targeted needs, such as for M&A, union contract negotiations, including assessing impact of non-unionized pay and benefits in a unionized labor environment, and for increasing wage pressures in high turnover, highly skilled and difficult to fill roles.
Before joining Edgility, Seema held key roles at Mondelez, Mercer/Marsh McLennan, Macy’s, BMO Harris Bank, Gogo, University of Chicago Hospitals, Huron Consulting Group, and MillerCoors. Her extensive experience also includes leading compensation and benefits integration for M&A, the creation of Board materials for executive and broad-based pay, designing global salary structures, systems implementations/integrations for global pay programs, and partnering on executive compensation and CD&A disclosure.
Seema holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
